RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We do our best to ensure your order is properly protected during the shipping process. If it arrives damaged, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days. Please include a photo of the damaged product and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
In the unlikely event of us sending a different product to the one you ordered, email us at email@example.com within 7 days. Please include a photo of the product and we will be happy to replace it with the correct item. A gentle reminder that all your items must be un-opened and in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on opened products.
If you change your mind or cancel your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send all the items back to us within 7 days. All your items must be un-opened and in their original packaging. Refund will not be arranged unless item is received, so please obtain proof of posting.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted if your return is accepted. You are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items. Shipping charges and credit card charges are not refunded. Please note that although we offer free shipping over $75, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded.
